Of a dying man;
How could I hatch this plan?
Drawn by a curse,
The lure of the purse,

Let’s slow down a bit,
I have yet to betray him.
Who knows what tonight will bring.
But how did I get here?
False expectations!
Mixed with a bit of pride, I fear.

  1. Wow! This one is even more deep. I think you captured the guilt and shame that Judas felt after he had done this dreadful deed. This feeling of hopeless without remorse led him to hang himself. Keep up the good work and have a blessed resurrection weekend.
